We were having left overs. Barbacoa sandwiches. They were yummy. Though we will never have them again. I thought it was just a type of spice or pepper. It's not. Don't google it. You don't want to know. I saw some of the left over picks sitting in a coffee cup and decided to make fruit kbobs to go along with our sandwiches. 
The boys were not impressed. They just wanted the fruit off the stick. All of it. Now. At least I enjoyed it while it lasted. :)
