Children's Museum

Remember this guy?

He lives at the Children's Museum of Houston. And boy did the boys have lots of fun exploring the museum.

In case I haven't mentioned it before Ryan has a teeny tiny car obsession. Seriously. He can't get enough cars, trucks, and pretty much anything with wheels. So of course the first thing he did at the museum was locate the cars.

Finally ready to move on he had a tea party? Err.. I mean decided to wreck the tea party monster truck style.

Never fear - he did finally leave the trucks alone for a few seconds long to commit a B&E of the off limits area where he found some car puzzles, and the water table where he fished out - you guessed it a car! :)

He did eventually check out some of the other amenities like the door (practicing for his escape at home) and the light wall - hey everyone likes pretty shiny things. See exhibit B - the sparkly flowers.

Connor was a bit more adventurous. He made a short stop at the cars before heading over to the sled, the ball pit, the flowers, the box houses, and the light table before finally discovering the books.

While the boys mostly explored on their own they did cross paths once or twice.

And that was just the toddler area! The busy little bees had to check out the rest of the museum, too.

And after all that by the time we finally made our way back to the car we were all pooped. Despite it not being naptime the boys slept all the way home. :)
